Category leads are performance accelerators for your base plan. They count toward your overall ROAS/booking guarantees, not as separate guarantees. This means better results for the same protection.
Exclusive Market Access
When you lock a category, no competitor in your defined market area can access those treatment-specific leads. Your exclusivity scope is defined in your contract.
Flexible Purchasing
Buy leads in blocks of 100, 200, or 500. Undelivered balances roll forward for up to 60 days, ensuring you get full value from your investment.
Quality Guarantee
Invalid leads reported within 7 days are replaced 1:1. This includes duplicates, non-human traffic, out-of-region, or clearly irrelevant treatment interests.
Legal Terms: Category-Specific Lead Locks are governed by Section 11 of your service agreement. Category lead results contribute to your base plan guarantee and are subject to the same measurement and attribution standards.
